1. With motor over load protection function;
2. Unscramble range: 10-500ml plastic bottle. Big volume of bottle storage silo, equipped with Mistubishi frequency convertor. Unscrambling speed 10-150 bottle/m adjustable. Accuracy over 99.9%, noise <70dB.
3. Electronically speed adjustment, photoelectrical control device automatically stop or continue transfer bottles when bottles crowd or lack in the downstream process.
4. Thanks for the big volume of bottle storage silo, do not need reload bottles in 30-60 minutes after loading. This unscramble has inverted bottle blow-out device, can blow the inverted bottles back into bottle storage silo.
5. It’s easy and quick for replacing size part, only need 5 minutes for trained worker. All the parts contacting with materials are made from 304 stainless steel, parts contacting with medicine are made from 316 stainless steel. Easy for clean and disinfection, no blind angle.

electronic counting machine:SL-30/60

Put medicine into the top silo When it is working, adjusting the vibration feeder let the medicine in the silo gradually along with the vibration slot ,turning into the continuous strip line and drop into the landing, and then drop into the detection channel one by one.

It is adopted photoelectric effect theory, input the signal generated of the falling down for the medicine by using infrared ray dynamic scanning sensor into the high performance microprocessor (DSP).Counting function realized through electronic and mechanical coordination.

SL-30 equip with 8 channels of medicine falling into one outlet,SL-60 equip with 2 SET 8 channels of medicine falling into two separate outlet,SL-120 equip with 3 SET 8 channels of medicine falling into three separate outlet, let the filling set numbers medicine into the bottle.

2.1 Usage: suitable for soft capsules/ softgel, hard capsules, tablets, special-shaped tablets and other solid tablets.

2.2 According with the GMP standard, the part contact with medicine adopt AISI 304,306 stainless steel.

2.3 Fastening structure, electrical control parts are sealed, avoiding drug powder affects the working life of electrical components.

2.4 Automatic detection,when no bottle or bottle fall down automatically shutdown.

2.5 Infrared scanning electric eye with function of automatic filling, and limit alarm and shutdown.

2.6 The Matrix type electric arrangement design make sure the detection channel open wide,which is also suitable for small size pills counting. Some counting machine from other factory have gap between the infrared receiving terminals, those gaps may cause the counting is not accurate.

2.7 60/120 machine adopts the automatic lifting system, other machine lifting by hand.

Feeding mechanism:

The original is casting vibration plate, While it is vibration plate instead of sliding in new design. It is much Faster, better stability. Using linear vibrating disc electromagnetic oscillation,so the vibration amplitude can be adjusted. With Higher speed to guarantee that the separating grains faster.

With DC vibrator, Capsule vibration is much stable, It can make the grain (including irregular tablets) move smoothly. Grain sliding orbits adopts two layers of ladder type and lengthened track, grain layer by layer walk down, The distance between grain and grain will be larger thus can avoid them overlaps.

Counting device

It is with full set of original pneumatic components, especially using the electromagnetic valve island integration, to ensure the accuracy of bottling.Special valve cylinder, and solenoid valve control group and other supporting parts, all sealed, avoid drug dusts affect the use of electrical components, prolongs the service life, not easy to damage.

Specially designing suction device

Two vacuum cleaner designing, dust suction holes (groove) on the left tail vibrator of as well as the begining of the tail which powder in it to collection and sucked out by a vacuum cleaner.

The vacuum tube according to aerodynamic principles of scientific design, can reduce the influence of dust.

By controlling the size and position of the wind inlet, air inlet, air volume, the dust is effectively sucked.
