Model MD-3 seamless softgel machine consist of medicine
supply,gelatin preparation,pulsnat cutting,cooling oil
circulation,refrigerating,capsule shaping system. By adoption of
advanced pulsant cutting technology,high dosing accuracy and
capsule quality are quaranteed. Compared with normal soft capsule
encapsulation machine,this machine can produce round shape capsule
without expensive mold. Besides, there is no waste of gelatin.
Model MD-3 seamless softgel machine is developed based on advanced
pulsant-cutting type soft capsule dripping machine,embraced with
latest technologies. The output rate is higher,up to 54000
pics/hour in the term of capsule diameter varies from 2-10, and
capsule dosage around 5-20 mg. The good quality yield no less than

Introduction about New Generation Seamless Softgel Machine
New generation seamless softgel machine is developed base on
imported technology – impulse cutting technology. Its production
has been more than 20 years till now. The difference with domestic
softgel dropping machine are as below:
- High production speed and high finished product ratio.
- Can produce softgel with more sizes, size adjustment is convenient.
- Dropper will not be blocked, dropping process is smooth.
- Fill quantity difference of softgel is lower than requirement of
pharmacopeia, steady and fewer fluctuation
- On the basis of combining foreign new technology, we have done many
improvement and upgrade according to the actual requirement of
softgel dropping pill production which push softgel dropping pill
production into a phase of high mechanization and automation. As
consequence the dropped softgel can be dried and shaped directly in
the tumble dryer. This advantage is incomparable for other softgel
dropping machines.
- To compare with die roll type softgel machine, the product of
softgel dropping machine have thinner skin, and the cost is lower
because it can use residual gelatin from die roll machine
production, and dropping production does not need expensive die
rolls. In addition, the softgel dropping pill is easier for
swallow.
