Our company is the first in China to export paintball equipment to
North America which is capable of making tournament grade
paintball, still the biggest paintball machine maker in China.
Compared with the softgel machine, the paintball making need better
machine accuracy, the drive transmission system is also percisionly
improved. The ancillay are also modified correspondingly. The
hopper and spreader box adopt level switch, making the level
control more precise. Besides, the injection wedge, spreader box
and hopper adopt the design of precise PID temperature control .
The micro lubrication system largely reduce the consumption of
paraffin oil.
S406PB paintball Encapsulation Machine considers the need and the
biggest benefits of customers as start point, combining advantages
of foreign equipment and requirements of customers. S406 Paintball
Encapsulation Machine’s die roll is 152 mm long. S407 machine die
roll with 172mms in length. The die roll’s rotation rate can be
regulated within 0 to 7rpm, so users can choose the most
appropriate speed according to different materials and process
parameters.
S406 Paintball Encapsulation Machine improves the bearing spindle
supporting way of die roll, thus making the spindle more accuracy
and much easier to repair. In addition, the machine further
improves the machining precision. More helical gears are used in
the process of gear moving, which improve the gear coincidence
degree and transmission stability. The split structure of cooling
fan reduces the thermal effect to the pressure pill. Besides,
gelatin barrel is added with wheel which can be moved more
conveniently and easily. The machine is provided with stirring or
insulation optional hopper, using ground automatic feeding method.
The paintball machine’s oil roller is made of stainless steel
material, so it’s more in line with the requirements of GMP.
